We send you puzzle sheets and a secure shipping box so you can ship your puzzle to us safe and sound.
This is the good part! We laminate your puzzle and carefully mount it on an MDF panel. We then bevel the edges and add the colored finish of your choice.
We pack up your puzzle once again and ship it back to you. Put it on display as a meaningful piece of decor you can be proud of.

How do you ensure a completed puzzle stays protected in transit?
Our shipping method is engineered to survive transit.
Using a custom-designed stabilization system and our tri-fold support board, each puzzle is secured in place to prevent movement or bending.
This system is designed for 100% protection of completed puzzles during shipping.
Why choose professional puzzle preservation instead of doing it yourself?
DIY preservation often adds a glossy glue layer that changes the puzzle’s surface and is less durable over time.
Professional preservation keeps the original puzzle look and feel, creates a clean and stable finish for permanent display, and avoids the need for glass—resulting in a clearer, glare-free presentation.
Do you preserve all types of puzzles?
Yes. We preserve all types of jigsaw puzzles, from standard cardboard to wooden, acrylic, and crystal puzzles.
Can you preserve round or unusually shaped puzzles?
Yes. Round and irregular-shaped puzzles can be preserved. They are mounted on a square or rectangular backing and centered for a clean, finished presentation.
An irregular shape fee applies and can be selected on the lamination or framing page.
What are the size limits of your puzzle preservation calculator?
The size calculator supports puzzles up to 32 × 40 inches.
Larger sizes are automatically directed to a custom order path.
Can the Preservation Kit ship to one address and the preserved puzzle to another address?
Yes. Order should be placed using the Preservation Kit address. If you’d like the preserved puzzle shipped to another address, contact us with your order number and shipping address, and we’ll confirm the update.
How long does preservation take once you receive the puzzle?
Once your puzzle arrives at our facility, preservation typically takes 2–3 business days, after which it is shipped out.
Overall timing can vary depending on shipping transit times to and from our facility.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. Our services are currently available within the USA only.
Can you preserve a puzzle that’s already glued?
Yes. Puzzles that have already been glued can still be preserved.
Will my preserved puzzle arrive ready to hang?
Yes. Both laminated and framed puzzles ship with hanging hardware included, making them easy to hang upon arrival.
Can I redo the puzzle again in the future after it’s preserved?
No. Our preservation process is designed to be permanent, securing the puzzle in place for long-term display rather than reassembly.
Is the preserved puzzle washable?
Yes. Preserved puzzles can be gently cleaned using standard cleaning materials and a soft cloth.
Do you preserve items other than puzzles?
Yes. Any item with a flat surface can be preserved using our standard process.
Diamond Art, diplomas, and similar items are priced the same way as puzzles, based on the size calculator.
